Seán Devlin 叶 世民 is a filmmaker, community organizer, prankster, political consultant, & tactical media engineer. His debut film, 'When The Storm Fades' (1091 Pictures), earned two int'l festival jury prizes for Best Director (Liverpool, Mumbai) and the Emerging Canadian Director prize presented by The Director’s Guild of Canada. Devlin was a Consulting Producer on Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.
